Locating and Sharing Log Files
When experiencing technical issues, our support team may request your log files to investigate:
- Connectivity problems
- Game crashes
- Login/authentication errors
- Performance issues
Steps to Generate and Find Log Files
- Launch the game fresh (completely close and restart the game)
- Reproduce the issue you're experiencing
- Exit the game completely
- Navigate to this folder location:
C:\Users[YourPCUsername]\AppData\Local\TL\Saved\Logs- Note: Replace [YourPCUsername] with your actual Windows username
Tip: If you can't find the AppData folder, it may be hidden. Enable "Show hidden files and folders" in your Windows File Explorer settings.
Sharing Your Log Files
Once you've located the log files, you can submit them through:
- Our support bot
- Within your existing support ticket
